Private Lenders

As a private lender you will receive an agreed fixed interest on your investment. The interest can be paid quarterly, semi-annually, or annually. Depending on the size of the investment, you will be cashed out in approximately 36 months or less. The fixed returns are secured by a mortgage. 

Equity partners work in a similar way as private lenders. The difference is equity partners are never cashed out. Based on the investment, profits are shared on a regular basis. This route ensures for a longer term investment and a steady income stream.

The fix & flip strategy is for the short term profits. The purchase, renovation, and resale takes place in 12 months or less. This strategy has a larger profit margin and involves more risk. The results are well worth the risk.

The buy & hold strategy creates long term results. This program allows us to purchase properties that would be great rentals but do not fit into the fix & flip category. Under this scenario we mainly focus our efforts on multi-family housing. We also will purchase blocks of single family homes.
